Happy Birthday MatsuJun!

WOW! I failed to notice that August is already ending and my blog's 1st year anniversary is coming! My first blog entry was posted last September 16. Maybe I should do a big post for that. *starts thinking* :D

Anyway, it's August 30! Everybody here knows what this means, ayt?! OTANJOUBI OMEDETOU MATSUMOTO JUN!!! *throws confetti!* The youngest member of Arashi has just turned 26! Hahaha. Arashi's getting older, I just hope their looks would stay the same for long. I still couldn't imagine them at Nakai Masahiro's age. Hehe. Gomen ne, Nakai-san. I have nothing against you, really :)

I'll edit this entry for a bigger birthday post for MatsuJun, when I'm in the mood. XD

Weeeek's Studio Setting

Remember Weeeek's PV? Of course you should! No fangirl forgets these kinds of BASICS. The production was wicked cool, the studio design was awesome, and the post-processing was a major BOOM! Plus, I so love the song. :D

The designer's inspiration? Probably the work of this artist! I have been staring at this picture like crazy and gosh, I'm still in awe! Look at the similarity between the two! One could really tell Weeeek's execution's totally excellent!

I found and downloaded this pic over the community months ago. But I only remembered having it yesterday while browsing randomly through my fandom folders. I've heard that this artist is famous in his line of work. Hmmm. Surely famous enough to inspire the staff who made this PV possible. ;)

Tegoshi Fan Report | Seeing Nino and Aiba XD

Recently, a fan reported of seeing Tegoshi inside a bar's VIP section flirting with a blonde. Somehow, my clean "kiddo," kawaii image of Tegoshi has been damaged. Well, it has been damaged before too. I remember seeing paparazzi pics of him after a night in a club before, but it just went out of my mind for some reason (Tego's cuteness, perhaps?). Harhar.

Anyway, I still love Tego. It's kinda normal for teens to go out in clubs nowadays (well except for me, 'cause I don't go clubbing by any case). Anyway if you're interested in the full story just read the whole fan report in this link by kaburi@lj.

I met this Japanese girl during a meet between two school orgs, ASEC of ADMU and Tomokai of UP. During the program, the members of Tomokai sang a Japanese DBSK/TVXQ song (I forgot the title, sorry). This Japanese girl whose name is Kanami (if I still remember it correctly), commented that the singers' diction is really good. She then asked me if I like DBSK, but then I said "No. I like groups from Johnny's more." The conversation then continued until we arrived at a common interest -- Arashi and Nino! And believe me, I could have died of jealousy when she told me she accidentally saw Nino and Aiba roaming around the streets of Shibuya. I was like "OMG. REALLY?"

But I didn't get to fangirl that much in front of them. They might think of me as weird, in which I think, I AM. Really. Hahahahaha. :))

Ai Ore!

Ai Ore! is the sequel of my favorite gender-bender manga, Ai wo Utau Yori Ore ni Oborero! (though it's my favorite, I can't still remember the whole title..so long!)

When Akira announces he was a boy in the first book "Ai wo Utau Yori Ore ni Oborero" so does the fact Akira goes to Dankaisan the boys school next to St. Nobora (Mizuki's school) Things start to get rough when pressure against Mizuki dating a boy from that school rise. - Mangafox

Agh. AKIRA looks like a REAL guy here. I'm liking him more and more ;p

As of today, I love how the story's progressing. :D Let's just see what happens next ^^

When I'm Bored

I was browsing through some old pictures when I found these stuff taken last February during our field trip for our Leadership and Strategy 1o class. Turns out I become KINDA weird when I'm bored. LOL

I was vandalizing my friend's arm (yeah, arm) with all these fandom stuff.

If you don't get what's in the picture: "I'm straight. I (heart) Ryohei. Chiba Ryohei ga suki (I like you!)"

Anyway, Ryohei is a member of the J-pop group "w-inds." My friend Lexie is (or used to be) a fan so I got to be familiar with them. She's the one who wrote the Kanji for the name while I did the romaji and hiragana parts. I did vandal his arm is because Lexie once told me this guy finds Ryohei "good-looking." LOL. But trust me, he's not really gay. Hehe ;)

Yamada's Look-alike :D

My nephew, Ice, has always been mistaken as a Japanese. Once, when one of my elder cousins (not the one in the video but Ice's mom) went to the hospital to have Ice's health checked, a hospital personnel approached and asked her "Hapon po ba asawa nyo?" [Is your husband Japanese?] My cousin was really amused. She politely answered "no," while thinking if that was supposed to be a racist comment, Japayuki judgement, or a compliment.

We were really in awe when she told us this story because my younger cousins and I have been calling Ice, "Yamada"-- we recognized that their resemblance is quite near! Ice responds when we call him Yamada, anyway. Though he keeps telling us he doesn't like him. Hahaha. I dunno why -- but then he idolizes Koki for his rap :D

Yamada and Ice

However, not everyone might agree, especially Yamada Ryosuuke's fans ;) This is our own judgement. If you think otherwise, then don't hate us. You can comment on this entry for your rants, just don't curse. And don't say my nephew's ugly. He's NOT. That's bad. LOL

Medley of Love :)

This is the real reason why I wanted to go home so badly -- I'm excited to record the Arashi-Hey!Say! medley my cousin and I have been practicing for quite a time now. :) Well actually, my cousin had a hard time recalling some of the steps because she's spending most of her [fandom] time studying Korean dances (SNSD, 2NE1, and T-max, I think?) But then, she remains to be one of my biggest fandom buddy ^^

Note: In this video,
1. A.ra.shi
2. Love So Sweet
3. Your Seed [with Ultra Music Power's intro for transition]
4. Mayonaka no Shadow Boy

It's not as perfect as I was imagining it to be...but I was just really happy performing the dance with someone, rather than dancing this alone. I really love my cousins. *hug* Yay! Let's record again next time!!
